Why We Are Building This
We are a small group of independent software developers who have spent years working in and around the affiliate industry. We have seen firsthand how fragmented, opaque, and frustrating the affiliate ecosystem can be—for affiliates trying to find reliable operators, and for operators struggling to connect with quality partners.
So we decided to build something better.
Xrefer.io is not a get-rich-quick venture. We are not chasing short-term profits or venture capital milestones. This is a long-term project, built slowly and deliberately, to solve real problems that we and others in this industry have faced for too long.
Our initial purpose is simple: bring all operators into one place where affiliates can easily find, compare, and connect with them. No hidden agendas. No pay-to-play gatekeeping. Just a clear, honest directory that serves both sides of the marketplace.
We believe in transparency. We believe in fairness. We believe that affiliates deserve straightforward access to information, and operators deserve a level playing field to showcase what they offer.

- Sponsored listings or premium visibility for operators who want enhanced exposure
- Featured positions for top-tier operators
However, basic listings will always remain free and neutral. We will not manipulate rankings or hide operators who do not pay. Paid placements will be clearly marked as such.
